Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to KLAR Partners backed Sandbäckens in its acquisition of the three electricity companies EVIAB Gruppen AB, Växjö Elmontage AB, and El & Projektering Vetlanda AB, controlled by Storskogen Group AB. The companies have a combined turnover of approximately SEK 400 million and have around 180 employees.
