Heikki Majamaa Speaking at Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Seminar

Specialist Partner Heikki Majamaa from Hannes Snellman's Finance Practice will be speaking at Alma Talent’s seminar on financial restructuring and insolvency on 31 January 2024. The training seminar is organised in cooperation with the Association of Finnish Lawyers. 

Heikki will be giving an overview of the various aspects of collaterals. Among other things, he will discuss defensive and offensive collaterals, the potential issues regarding realisation, and both domestic and international collateral arrangements.
